All our products are digital online courses, which are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Due to the intangible nature of digital content, certain limitations on refunds apply.


2. No Refund After Access (Primary Rule)

Once a user has been granted access to a course (including login credentials, dashboard access, or downloadable materials), no refunds will be issued.


3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payment made due to technical error

  • Payment deducted but course access not provided

  • Transaction failure where amount is debited but not credited properly

In such cases, users must contact us within 3 days of the transaction.
